Significance
Govardhan Hill is non-different from Krishna Himself. As a child, Krishna lifted it on His little finger for seven days to shelter the residents of Vraja from Indra's wrath. Devotees perform the sacred 21-km parikrama around the hill, some doing dandavat (full-body prostration) parikrama.
