Govind Dev Temple

Significance

One of the seven principal deities of Vrindavan, Govinda Deva was discovered by Rupa Goswami and worshipped at this grand seven-storey temple built by Raja Man Singh of Amber. The original deity was later moved to Jaipur for safety; the temple's soaring architecture remains among Vrindavan's most striking.
